Jindagi Mein Kaise Khush Rahe
Aap khud par vishwas rake, khudhko kisise kam na samje kyoki aap pehle se hi jo kar rahe hai wo kamal ka hai. Aap khud ek kamal ho.
Har kisi mein koi na koi khubi hoti hai. Aapki khubi pehchane, aur usme aapki khushi dhunde.
Apne aap ko galat na samje. Khudh se jyada perfet hone ki demand na kare.
Apne khudh ka swabhiman badhaye, khudh ko pyar karna sikhe.
Accept kare app jaise hai. Kyoki aapke jaise aur koi nahin. Aur ye jaan le duniya mein koi bhi perfect nahin.
Khudh ko kisi ke liye badalna nahin. Lekin apne liye zaroor badlo.

Kisi ke liye bhi change karna bada mushkil hota hai jab tab aap khudh change honanahin chahte.
Aapko napasand karne walo ko ignore kare. Khush rahe ye soch ke ke kabhi ye log nhi aapko pasand karenge.
Jo kare Khudh ke liye kare. Apni physical, emotional, aur spiritual sides pe dhyan de aur jo chize aapko khushi de un ke touch mein rahe.
Logon ko respect de. Ye hamesha dyan rakhe jaisa karoge waisa paoge. Aap kisi aur ko respect doge to wo bhi aapko respect denge. Kisise respect pake har koi khush hota hai.
Dusro ko jitna ho sake utna de. Sabke acchhe ke liye aap prayatna kijiye jisase aapke relation maintain rahenge. Jab relation acchhe rahenge aap Khush rahenge.
Sabki madat kare, agar aapko apni khushi badhani hai to dusro ki madat kare.
Kisise jalal mat kijiye. Har bat ka koi reason hota hai. So samaj lo samne wale ki koi majboori rahi hogi jab we apke khilaf gaye. Us majboori ko jano na ki unpe gussa karo ya use jealous ho.
Apni galtiyo ko mane. Kisi ke dosh dikhane se achha hai ki aap khudh apni galtiyo ko mane. Kisi ke dosh dikhane me aap khudh gussa ho jate hai jo aapko nakhush kar deta hai.
Sabse khulke baten kare. Agar koi misunderstanding ki wajah se aapka rishta tutata hai.
To bewajah ki takleefe badhane se achha hai ke aap use khul ke batein kare. Problem discuss kare.
Apne anubhav ke adhar par career choose kare. Wo kare jo aapko khushi deta hai.
Hamesha naye guno ko sikhne ki koshish kare. Jab aap sabse age rahenge aapko ye baat behad khushi degi.
Niyamit vyayam(exercise) kare. Tan prafullit rahega to man bhi khuh rahega is bat ko samje.
Hamesha aage badhe. Chunotiya lijiye. Unko khel samjiye. Chunotiya par karne par jo khushi milti hai wo behad hi laziz hoti hai.
