Biography
Imran Khan was born on 13 January 1983, in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. Later he shifted to Mumbai and studied at Bombay Scottish School, where he has suffered from stammer problem due to the environmental conditions. As a result, his parents transferred him to Blue Mountain School in Coonoor. He later admitted that frequently changing schools made him independent and loner.

Imran Khan was born to Anil Pal and Nuzhat Khan in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. His father is a software engineer and mother is a psychologist. His parents got divorced and he shifted to Mumbai along with his mother. Khan is of Hindu Bengali descent on his father's side and on his mother's side he is a Muslim. He is the nephew of actor Aamir Khan and director-producer Mansoor Khan. He is the grandson of director & producer Nasir Hussain. He was married to Avantika Malik in January 2011.
