Riteish Deshmukh was born on December 17, 1978 in Latur, Maharashtra. He has done his schooling from G. D. Somani High School and graduated in Architecture and Environmental Studies from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute. After his graduation, he worked in New York City with an architectural firm alongwith studying acting course at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. After returning from New York he had started a firm called Evolutions, an architectural and interior designing firm and was very passionate about it. Riteish also owns the team 'Veer Marathi' in Celebrity Cricket League and is also the team's captain.
